Do not use this form for emergencies. Call the pharmacy for urgent needs.

Shingles Vaccine (Shingrix)

The shingles vaccine is a two-dose series. For most patients, the second dose is administered 2–6 months after the first.

Once the two-dose series is completed, no routine booster doses are currently recommended.

If you received your first dose more than six months ago, you generally do not need to restart the series. The pharmacist will review your vaccination history.

Routine online shingles appointments are for patients age 50 or older on the appointment date. Certain immunocompromised adults age 18 and older may receive Shingrix under FDA labeling. Please contact the pharmacy at (269) 324-1100 for individualized review. This does not mean you are medically ineligible. Remove shingles from this request to book other vaccines online.

RSV Vaccine

RSV vaccination is currently recommended as a single dose for eligible adults. It is not an annual vaccine.

If you have already received an RSV vaccine, an additional dose is not currently recommended.

Our pharmacist will confirm your vaccination history and eligibility before administration.

CDC recommends RSV vaccination for adults age 75 and older and adults ages 50–74 who are at increased risk of severe RSV illness. Being age 50 or older alone does not establish eligibility.

Vaccination during pregnancy follows separate product and timing requirements. Please contact the pharmacy for maternal RSV vaccination review.

Pneumonia Vaccine

Pneumonia vaccine recommendations depend on your age, medical history, and vaccines previously received.

Advanced Health Pharmacy will review your Michigan Care Improvement Registry (MCIR) vaccination history before administering the vaccine to determine whether an additional dose is recommended.

Scheduling does not guarantee that a vaccine is needed or will be administered. MCIR has not been checked automatically by this scheduler.
